Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada aksiologiya va aksiologik kompetentlik tushunchalarining nazariy-metodologik asoslari tahlil qilinadi hamda ularning pedagogik jarayondagi o‘rni ilmiy jihatdan asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot davomida aksiologiyaning qadriyatlar haqidagi ta’limot sifatidagi mohiyati, shuningdek, aksiologik kompetentlikning pedagog shaxsining muhim integrativ sifati ekanligi yoritilgan. Aksiologik kompetentlikning tarkibiy komponentlari — kognitiv, emotsional va faoliyatli jihatlari aniqlashtirilib, ularning o‘zaro uyg‘unligi pedagogik faoliyat samaradorligini oshirishdagi ahamiyati ko‘rsatib berilgan. Shuningdek, ta’lim jarayonida aksiologik yondashuvni qo‘llashning o‘quvchilar shaxsini ma’naviy-axloqiy rivojlantirishdagi o‘rni ochib berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari asosida bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda aksiologik kompetentlikni shakllantirishning pedagogik shart-sharoitlari va amaliy mexanizmlari taklif etilgan.
