Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak tarbiyachilarning texnik ijodkorlik ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish muammosi kompetensiyaviy yondashuv, maktabgacha ta’limning zamonaviy vazifalari hamda pedagog kadrlarni amaliy faoliyatga tayyorlash talablari nuqtayi nazaridan tahlil qilinadi. Texnik ijodkorlik bo‘lajak tarbiyachining murakkab qurilmalarni yaratishi bilan emas, balki pedagogik muammoni aniqlash, g‘oya ilgari surish, konstruktiv yechimni loyihalash, xavfsiz prototip tayyorlash, uni sinash va natijani refleksiv baholash qobiliyati bilan izohlanadi. Normativ-huquqiy hujjatlar,malaka talablari va milliy hamda xorijiy tadqiqotlarni qiyosiy o‘rganish asosida muammoni yuzaga keltirayotgan olti guruh omil: mazmuniy parchalanish, reproduktiv o‘qitish ustuvorligi, texnik o‘ziga ishonchning yetarli emasligi, amaliy maker muhitining cheklanganligi, baholashning mahsulotga biryoqlama yo‘naltirilishi va pedagogik xavfsizlik masalalarining alohida ko‘rilishi aniqlandi. Muammoni bartaraf etishga xizmat qiluvchi pedagogik shart-sharoitlar hamda integrativ tayyorgarlik yo‘nalishlari taklif etildi.
