Ushbu maqolada sport takomillashuv bosqichida kurashchilar mashg‘ulotini tashkil etishning nazariy asoslari klassik sport tayyorgarligi nazariyasi va zamonaviy monitoring-boshqaruv yondashuvlari sintezi asosida tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot dizayni nazariy-analitik bo‘lib, kontent-tahlil, qiyosiy tahlil, tizimlashtirish, sintez va modellashtirish usullari qo‘llandi. Manbalar sifatida sport tayyorgarligi nazariyasining klassik ishlari, kurashchilarning jismoniy va fiziologik xususiyatlari, yuklama monitoringi, kuch tayyorgarligi, vazn boshqaruvi hamda tiklanishga oid zamonaviy tadqiqotlar tanlandi [1-14]. Natijalarga ko‘ra, sport takomillashuv bosqichida mashg‘ulotni samarali tashkil etish kamida olti o‘zaro bog‘liq blokka tayanadi: maqsadli-musobaqa modeli, periodizatsiya, tayyorgarlik mazmuni, yuklama monitoringi, tiklanish va vaznni boshqarish. Klassik qonuniyatlar - uzluksizlik, tsikliklik, umumiy va maxsus tayyorgarlik birligi, individuallashtirish va to‘lqinsimon yuklama - o‘z ahamiyatini saqlab qoladi; biroq ularni zamonaviy sharoitda sRPE, HRV, kundalik holat indeksi, ishonchli maxsus testlar va raqobat taqvimiga mos mikrorejalashtirish bilan to‘ldirish zarur.
