Harakat faolligini adaptiv-raqamli model asosida individuallashtirish metodlari

Ushbu maqola boshlang‘ich sinf o‘quvchilarida harakat faolligini Adaptiv-raqamli model asosida individuallashtirish metodlarini ishlab chiqishga qaratilgan. Model pedagogik, biologik va texnologik yondashuvlar integratsiyasiga asoslanib, o‘quvchilarning harakat sifatlari, psixomotor ko‘rsatkichlari va funksional imkoniyatlarini hisobga olgan holda jismoniy yuklamani optimallashtirishni nazarda tutadi. Tadqiqot kvazi-eksperimental dizayn asosida 7–9 yoshdagi 60 nafar o‘quvchi ishtirokida tashkil etildi. Ishtirokchilar tajriba va nazorat guruhlariga teng taqsimlanib, tajriba guruhi adaptiv-raqamli yondashuv asosida, nazorat guruhi esa an’anaviy dastur bo‘yicha mashg‘ulotlarda qatnashdi. Baholash tezlik, chidamlilik, kuch, chaqqonlik, yurak urish tezligi va kunlik harakat faolligi mezonlari asosida amalga oshirildi. Natijalar tajriba guruhida tezlik 10 foizdan ortiq, chidamlilik 14 foiz, kunlik qadamlar soni esa 18 foizga oshganini ko‘rsatdi. Effekt kattaligi ko‘rsatkichlari model samaradorligini tasdiqladi. Xulosa qilib aytganda, mashg‘ulotlarni individual xususiyatlarga moslashtirish va raqamli monitoring asosida boshqarish boshlang‘ich ta’limda jismoniy sifatlar hamda harakat faolligini rivojlantirishning samarali ilmiy-metodik asosi bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
