Annotatsiya
Ushbu maqolada kompetensiyaviy yondashuv asosida harbiy ta’lim
yo‘nalishi talabalari kasbiy kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish metodikasi yoritilgan.
Tadqiqotning maqsadi bo‘lajak harbiy mutaxassislarning nazariy bilimlarini amaliyot
bilan uyg‘unlashtirish, ularda jamoada ishlash, liderlik va tezkor qaror qabul qilish
ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirish imkoniyatlarini aniqlashdir. Tadqiqot jarayonida nazariy
tahlil, pedagogik kuzatish, tajriba-sinov ishlari, suhbat va anketa metodlari qo‘llanildi.
Natijalarda amaliy mashg‘ulotlar, interfaol metodlar va AKT vositalaridan foydalanish
talabalarning kasbiy kompetensiyasini sezilarli darajada rivojlantirishini ko‘rsatdi.
Xulosa sifatida, kompetensiyaviy yondashuv nafaqat bilim va ko‘nikmalarni, balki
talabalarning ijtimoiy-faol, tashabbuskor va mas’uliyatli shaxs sifatida shakllanishini
ta’minlaydi.
