Abstract
Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda kasbiy qadriyatlarni shakllantirish jarayonida pedagogik meros hamda badiiy adabiyotning tarbiyaviy-didaktik uyg‘unligi ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy qadriyatlarini rivojlantirishga xizmat qiluvchi yangi metod ishlab chiqildi. Ushbu metod merosiy g‘oya, obrazli tahlil, vaziyatga tatbiq, refleksiv anglash va amaliy yechim bosqichlaridan tuzilgan bo‘lib, pedagogik meros va badiiy adabiyot uyg‘unligiga asoslangan kasbiy qadriyatlar modeli, metodik indikatorlar, mashg‘ulot tuzilmasi hamda baholash mezonlari taklif etildi.
