Abstract

Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarida innovatsion menejment ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishga yo‘naltirilgan pedagogik muhit shakllantirishning nazariy asoslari narrative review metodologiyasi doirasida tizimli tahlil qilinadi. V.A. Yasvinning ta’lim muhiti tipologiyasi, I. Nonaka va X. Takeuchining bilimlarni yaratish (SECI) modeli, Y. Engeströmning faoliyat nazariyasi, E. Venger va J. Lavening amaliy o‘rganish konsepsiyasi, T.M. Amabilening ijodkor muhit nazariyasi, A.C. Edmondsonning psixologik xavfsizlik konsepsiyasi hamda H. Etzkowitz va L. Leydesdorffning «Triple Helix» modeli innovatsion pedagogik muhit shakllantirishning asosiy nazariy poydevorlari sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Pedagogik muhitning to‘rtta asosiy komponenti (fazoviy-semantik, mazmuniy-uslubiy, muloqot-tashkiliy va sub’ekt-faoliyat) va beshta shakllantirishning tamoyili (psixologik xavfsizlik, ijodkor muhit, motivatsional erkinlik, o‘z-samaradorlik va refleksiv amaliyot) asoslab beriladi. Maqolada «Taraqqiyot strategiyasi 2022–2026» va innovatsion faoliyat to‘g’risidagi qonunchilik doirasida O‘zbekiston oliy ta’limida innovatsion pedagogik muhit shakllantirishning huquqiy va kontseptual asoslari ko‘rsatiladi.
