Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak tarbiyachilar ijodiy qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha rivojlangan mamlakatlar tajribasi tahlil qilingan. Finlandiya, Singapur, Yaponiya, Germaniya va Kanada pedagogik ta’lim tizimlarida kreativlikni shakllantirishga qaratilgan yondashuvlar o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, kreativ kompetensiyalarni rivojlantirishda loyiha asosida o‘qitish, refleksiv faoliyat, innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalar va amaliyotga yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim muhim ahamiyat kasb etishi aniqlangan. Shuningdek, xorijiy tajribalarni O‘zbekiston maktabgacha ta’lim tizimiga integratsiya qilish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
