Abstract
Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak pedagoglarda inklyuziv kompetentlikni rivojlantirish metodikasining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari tahlil etilgan. Tadqiqotning maqsadi bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda inklyuziv yondashuvni shakllantirishning nazariy va amaliy asoslarini aniqlashdir. Ishda tahlil, kuzatish, suhbat, pedagogik modellashtirish va tajriba metodlaridan foydalanilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan va amaliy yondashuv asosida tashkil etilgan o‘quv jarayoni bo‘lajak pedagoglarda empatiya, bag‘rikenglik, individual yondashuv va moslashuvchanlik ko‘nikmalarini samarali shakllantiradi. Inklyuziv kompetentlikni rivojlantirish pedagogik ta’limda insonparvarlik tamoyillarini mustahkamlab, har bir o‘quvchining teng imkoniyatlar asosida ta’lim olishiga zamin yaratadi.
